Gas Trolley Furnace

The furnace door has a full-fiber construction and features a soft-sealing mechanism with an adjustable "fiber skirt." Initially, the door seats against a specialized track under its own weight. It is then pressed firmly against the furnace body's cast-iron doorframe by a pneumatic cylinder, ensuring a complete seal across the entire hot face of the furnace.
The lifting mechanism uses an overhead electric worm-gear reducer with an electromagnetic brake. The door operates at a lifting and lowering speed of approximately 8 m/min. A maintenance platform is provided for the electric hoist assembly.
Safety features include a dual-redundancy upper and lower travel limit system and a peephole for monitoring furnace conditions.

The furnace body is constructed by welding structural steel profiles and steel plates, providing excellent strength, safety, and reliability. Door columns are formed from paired channel steels and are welded integrally with the main steel frame.
Protective edging made of RQT500-7 heat-resistant spheroidal graphite cast iron is installed on the lower edges of the furnace walls, the bogie protection frame, and the doorframe to prevent deformation.
The furnace body includes a maintenance platform and safety access ladder. Peepholes are installed on both sides of the furnace body, the rear wall, and the furnace door, providing operators with a full view of the chamber interior.

The bogie serves as the platform for supporting workpieces during heating and transporting them into and out of the furnace.
It consists of a steel frame with sufficient structural strength, a perimeter frame made of RQT500-7 heat-resistant spheroidal graphite cast iron, refractory and thermal insulation materials, heavy-duty load-bearing wheels, and a drive mechanism.
