Description

Product Introduction

This equipment is a Bogie-Type Furnace system. Workpieces are loaded onto a trolley, which is driven by a transmission mechanism into the heating furnace chamber. The furnace door is then closed, and the furnace heats the workpieces to their required processing temperature under electrical control.

After the heat treatment cycle is complete, the transmission mechanism drives the trolley, carrying the workpieces, out of the furnace chamber, thereby concluding the treatment process.

This furnace is suitable for use in heat treatment plants, mold factories, forging plants, bearing factories, and tool manufacturing facilities.

Process Scope

This furnace is part of a series of bogie-type furnaces with a full-fiber lining structure. It operates as a batch-type heat treatment furnace and is suitable for large workpieces. Typical heat treatment processes include heating, annealing, tempering, and pre-heating for assembly.

Equipment Maintenance

Workpieces loaded onto the trolley must be securely positioned.

Due to high operating temperatures and continuous use, thermocouple accuracy gradually decreases. Thermocouples should be monitored and replaced as needed, typically once every two years.

The service life of heating elements (resistance strips) is generally around two years. As elements approach the end of their life, closely monitor their heating performance. Frequent phase failures indicate replacement is required to prevent production interruptions.

For the transmission unit, regularly inspect the lubrication of chains and gears, and replenish lubricant as necessary.

After prolonged use, any damaged transmission components-including motors, reducers, chains, gears, or drive shafts-must be repaired or replaced immediately.

Equipment Upkeep Schedule

Every 2 days: Inspect the trolley and remove accumulated slag or debris.

Weekly: Enter the furnace chamber to inspect heating elements; make adjustments or repairs immediately if issues are detected.

Monthly: Inspect all mechanical components and the electrical control system; tighten loose connections or components to eliminate potential safety hazards.

Annually: Perform a comprehensive overhaul and replace any damaged parts.
