Currently, the severe energy consumption and pollution from industrial furnaces in my country are mainly due to inadequate or relatively outdated technologies for regulating and monitoring fuel and air. This situation places higher demands on the thermal monitoring and control technologies of industrial furnaces. The use of advanced microcomputer control systems and advanced automation control technologies can achieve precise control and regulation of the system and its related components, such as controlling the furnace temperature and fuel flow rate, and controlling the oxygen content of flue gas.
The development of industrial furnace technology has undergone tremendous changes. From intuitive design to experience-based design, to experience plus theory, and now to rational design, each step is actually on the path of "green development."
