Furnace Body: The furnace body is cylindrical in shape, constructed from welded steel profiles and plates to form a frame structure. The furnace shell is also welded from steel profiles and plates.
⑴ The furnace features three temperature control zones (upper, middle, and lower) connected in a "Y" configuration. Heating elements are made of 0Cr25Al5 iron-chromium alloy high-resistance strip material. The design ensures equal power for all three groups, with the power density adjusted as needed. Therefore, the same strip thickness (d) and width (D) should be used, only varying the "M" distance (h) to minimize surface load.
⑵ An air guide duct is designed within the furnace chamber, constructed from 3mm 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The effective loading space is no less than Φ2800 mm * 1600 mm. The duct and lining are spaced 100 mm apart to protect the resistance strip and furnace lining, and to facilitate airflow and uniform heating.
⑶ The bottom air guide duct base is made of heat-resistant cast steel.
(4) The brickwork at the bottom of the furnace body is a composite structure of high-alumina heavy refractory bricks and insulating bricks.
