The company was officially registered on June 9, 2014, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its legal representative is Ji Mingmin, and its headquarters are located in the Linzhen Industrial Park of Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, a core area of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle, enjoying a superior geographical location and convenient transportation.

After nearly twenty years of dedicated development, the company has grown from an early professional electric furnace processing institution into one of the leading enterprises in the industrial furnace manufacturing field in East China, known for its scale and comprehensive strength. In April 2018, the company expanded its business scope to include the import and export of goods and technology, opening a new chapter in cross-border trade. In September 2022, it completed an equity transfer, becoming a wholly-owned enterprise by a natural person, further improving the efficiency of business decision-making. The company consistently adheres to the philosophy of "integrity management and technological empowerment," collaborating closely with research institutions such as Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, and the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering, and establishing the Dafeng Industrial Furnace Research Institute in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province, to build an integrated "production, education, and research" development model and continuously promote technological innovation and product iteration.
The company's factory is located at No. 306, Wushangang, Linzhen Town, Changxing County, 1.5 kilometers from National Highway 318 and 5 kilometers from the Changxing West exit of the G50 Expressway. Its excellent transportation network provides great convenience for raw material procurement and finished product transportation. The factory covers a total building area of over 5,000 square meters, with fixed assets exceeding 20 million RMB. The layout is scientifically and rationally designed, including a core production workshop, R&D laboratory, standardized warehousing area, office area, and supporting facilities, enabling a closed-loop operation of production, research and development, and warehousing.
The factory is equipped with a professional production team and senior and intermediate technical personnel, implementing refined management and standardized operating procedures. It can simultaneously manufacture multiple types of industrial furnaces, possessing both large-scale and customized production capabilities.
