The bogie type heat treatment furnace we produce is a high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment specially designed for continuous heat treatment of large batches of metal workpieces. It adopts a modular furnace body structure and an intelligent temperature control system, which can realize seamless switching of multiple processes such as quenching, normalizing, annealing and tempering. In response to the problems of high energy consumption and long production cycle of traditional heat treatment furnaces, we have carried out all-round optimization and upgrading of the bogie type heat treatment furnace. The furnace body is integrally built with high-purity aluminum silicate refractory fiber, and the thermal insulation performance is improved by more than 30%; the heating element adopts high-alloy resistance band, and the service life is extended to more than 5 years; the bogie adopts automatic feeding and discharging design, which can realize alternate operation of multiple bogies and greatly improve production efficiency. Each piece of equipment will undergo strict temperature field testing and 72-hour continuous operation test before leaving the factory to ensure that it can be put into full-load production immediately after delivery.

Quality Control
We have established a strict full-process quality control system, with dedicated personnel responsible for every link from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. All raw materials for the production of bogie type heat treatment furnaces are purchased strictly in accordance with the standards agreed in the technical plan. Key components such as heating elements, temperature control instruments and motors are selected from domestic first-tier brands and accompanied by original factory quality certification documents. During the production process, each process must pass quality inspection before entering the next process. After the equipment is assembled, we will conduct comprehensive performance tests, including temperature field uniformity test, sealing test, electrical system test, etc., to ensure that all indicators meet the design requirements. We accept inspection by third-party institutions designated by customers to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
Packaging and Transportation
In view of the large-scale equipment characteristics of the bogie type heat treatment furnace, we adopt a professional export packaging solution. The main body of the equipment is packaged in nude, and key parts such as furnace doors, bogie guide rails and electrical interfaces are wrapped with multiple layers of stretch film for protection to prevent collision and corrosion during transportation. The electrical control system and precision instruments are individually packaged in custom wooden cases filled with shockproof foam to ensure transportation safety. We support EXW and FOB trade terms and can arrange transportation according to customer needs. Before the equipment is shipped, we will provide customers with a detailed packing list and installation instructions to facilitate customers to prepare for receipt and installation.


Payment Terms
For standard bogie type heat treatment furnaces, our conventional payment method is 30% or 40% advance payment after the contract is signed, and the balance is paid before shipment. For customized bogie type heat treatment furnaces, due to the need to invest more R&D and production costs, we adopt a payment method of 50% deposit + 50% balance payment. Production starts after the deposit is received, and shipment is arranged after the balance is paid. We accept payment in both RMB and US dollars. Bulk orders can enjoy corresponding discount offers, and the specific discount rate is negotiated according to the order quantity and amount.
