Product Introduction

The Well-type Resistance Furnace features a cylindrical outer shell welded from angle steel and steel plates. Inside the shell, various refractory materials are used to form a well-shaped furnace chamber.

Heating elements are mounted on refractory brick supports within the chamber, while the space between the refractory bricks and the outer shell is filled with thermal insulation material.

Workpieces to be heated are loaded into a charging basket, which is then lowered into or lifted out of the furnace using workshop hoisting equipment.

This furnace is suitable for use in heat treatment plants, mold manufacturing facilities, and bearing bush production plants.

 

Specific Material Options and Manufacturing Techniques

 

The furnace shell of the Qingfeng Well-type Resistance Furnace is welded from angle steel, channel steel, and steel plates. After anti-rust treatment, the surface is coated with anti-corrosion paint.

The furnace lining is constructed using 0.6-density ultra-lightweight shaped refractory bricks, while the insulation layer consists of a composite combination of ceramic fiber cotton and insulating powder.

The bricks at the furnace opening are made of high-alumina heavy-duty shaped refractories, ensuring durability even in the event of minor impacts from workpieces.

The stainless steel air circulation cylinder (baffle) is fabricated from 5 mm thick stainless steel plates and reinforced with welded stiffeners.

The inner layer of the furnace lid is made of stainless steel, while the outer layer is welded from A3 carbon steel plates.

The fan assembly-consisting of a motor, frame, shaft, bearings, and impeller-operates smoothly with low noise.

The electric heating elements are made of high-temperature iron–chromium–aluminum alloy (grade 0Cr25Al5) supplied by Beijing Shougang Group. They are wound into spiral shapes and installed along the inner walls of the furnace chamber, with a design operating temperature of up to 950°C.

Applications

 

This is a batch-type resistance furnace with a rated power range of 24 kW to 105 kW (excluding custom non-standard models). The maximum operating temperature is 650°C.

It is primarily designed for the tempering of metal or alloy components, castings, and similar workpieces.
