The electric resistance forced air furnace we produce is a high-end equipment specially developed for precision heat treatment processes with strict requirements on temperature uniformity. It adopts a centrifugal high-pressure circulating fan combined with an optimized flow guiding system to realize uniform distribution of airflow in the furnace, completely solving the problem of inconsistent workpiece performance caused by large temperature difference between the upper and lower parts and uneven heating of workpieces in traditional resistance furnaces. As a source factory with nearly 20 years of experience in industrial furnace manufacturing, our electric resistance forced air furnace is widely used in processes such as aluminum alloy aging, stainless steel solution treatment, precision part tempering and electronic component sintering. We have provided special heat treatment equipment for aluminum alloy parts for Tesla supply chain enterprises, and the product quality and process stability have been unanimously recognized by customers.

Different from ordinary resistance furnaces, our electric resistance forced air furnace has been deeply optimized in the air circulation system. It adopts a high-temperature resistant centrifugal fan with an air volume of 1000-5000m³/h. Combined with specially designed air deflectors and air equalization chambers, the temperature uniformity in the furnace can be stably controlled within ±3℃, and customized models can reach ±2℃. The furnace body adopts an all-fiber composite thermal insulation structure, reducing heat loss by more than 40%; the heating element adopts high-alloy resistance bands, which are arranged on both sides and the top of the furnace chamber, with uniform heating and convenient replacement. Each electric resistance forced air furnace will undergo continuous 72-hour temperature field calibration test before leaving the factory to ensure that the temperature of each furnace zone meets the process requirements.

Quality Control

 

We have established a special quality control process for electric resistance forced air furnaces, focusing on strengthening the detection of the air circulation system and temperature control system. All circulating fans are selected from domestic well-known brands, and need to undergo dynamic balance testing and continuous operation testing before entering the factory to ensure stable operation and no noise. The flow guiding system and air equalization chamber adopt laser cutting and precision welding processes to ensure the uniformity of airflow distribution. After the temperature control system is assembled, we will use high-precision thermocouples to conduct continuous 48-hour temperature field calibration at more than 9 temperature measuring points in the furnace, and draw the temperature distribution curve to ensure that the temperature uniformity meets the design requirements. Before the equipment leaves the factory, we will conduct a complete no-load trial run and load simulation test, and all performance indicators will be up to standard before shipment. We accept on-site inspection by third-party testing institutions designated by customers to ensure that product quality meets international standards.

Payment Terms

 

We provide flexible payment plans for electric resistance forced air furnaces to meet the needs of different customers. For standard equipment, 30% advance payment is paid after the contract is signed, and the balance is paid in a lump sum before shipment; for customized equipment, due to the need to invest special R&D and mold costs, we adopt a payment method of 50% deposit + 50% balance payment. Production starts immediately after the deposit is received. We accept payment in both RMB and US dollars, and support various secure payment methods such as wire transfer. For customers purchasing in large quantities, we provide tiered discount offers. The larger the purchase volume, the higher the discount.
