Resistive Furnace

With extremely high cost performance and wide applicability, our resistive furnace has been widely used in the general machinery manufacturing industry, and can be used for quenching, tempering and annealing treatment of various small and medium-sized mechanical parts to improve the mechanical properties and service life of the parts. In the field of hardware manufacturing, the equipment is suitable for batch heat treatment of hardware tools, standard parts, fasteners, door and window accessories, etc., and can meet the continuous operation requirements of large-scale production lines. At the same time, the product is widely used in the small mold processing industry, and can complete preheating, quenching and tempering treatment of die steel to ensure the hardness and wear resistance of the mold. In response to the needs of the teaching and scientific research field, we have launched a special small resistive furnace for laboratories, which is small in size, convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and is an ideal equipment for material heat treatment experiments in major universities and scientific research institutions.

We have a 10,000-square-meter standardized production base, in which a standardized production workshop for resistive furnaces is specially set up, equipped with multiple automated production lines and special production equipment, realizing large-scale and standardized production of general-purpose resistive furnaces. Our standardized production process has greatly improved production efficiency, reduced manufacturing costs, and ensured the consistency of product quality. The factory has a monthly production capacity of 5-6 large resistive furnaces or more than 20 small and medium-sized equipment, which can quickly respond to customer order needs, and the delivery time of standard equipment can be shortened to less than 30 days. We have more than 20 experienced technical workers and a professional quality control team, and each process is strictly implemented in accordance with the ISO9001 quality system standard to ensure that every resistive furnace leaving the factory meets the quality requirements. We have also established a complete raw material supply chain system and established long-term cooperative relationships with many well-known domestic raw material suppliers to ensure the stable supply and reliable quality of raw materials.

In view of the characteristics of mostly small and medium-sized resistive furnaces, we have formulated a standardized packaging and transportation plan to minimize the transportation cost for customers. For small equipment, we adopt full wooden case packaging filled with shockproof foam and EPE to prevent collision and damage during transportation. For medium-sized equipment, the main body is packaged in nude, key parts are wrapped with multiple layers of stretch film for protection, and the electrical control system is individually packaged in wooden cases. For large equipment, we will customize special transportation racks according to the equipment size to ensure stability during transportation. We support EXW and FOB trade terms and can arrange sea, land or air transportation according to customer needs. For customers purchasing in batches, we can provide LCL transportation services to help customers save freight. Before the equipment is shipped, we will provide customers with a detailed packing list, installation instructions and operation manuals to facilitate customers to receive and install the equipment.
