High Temperature Electric Furnace

Our high temperature electric furnace plays an irreplaceable role in the aerospace field, and can be used for high-temperature heat treatment and performance testing of aerospace materials such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys and ceramic matrix composites to ensure that the materials meet the extreme working condition requirements of aerospace. In the field of new material R&D, the equipment is suitable for high-temperature synthesis and sintering of special ceramics, cemented carbides, rare earth materials and nanomaterials, providing reliable technical support for the R&D and industrialization of new materials. At the same time, the product is widely used in the electronic ceramic industry, and can complete high-temperature sintering of alumina ceramics, silicon nitride ceramics and piezoelectric ceramics to improve the performance and reliability of electronic components. In response to the needs of the powder metallurgy industry, our equipment can carry out high-temperature sintering of refractory metals such as tungsten steel and molybdenum alloy to prepare high-performance cemented carbide products.

We have focused on the R&D and manufacturing of high temperature electric furnaces for nearly 20 years, and have established a joint laboratory of high temperature materials and equipment with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University, specializing in the R&D of high temperature refractory materials, heating technology and temperature control systems, and mastering the core technology of ultra-high temperature electric furnaces above 1600℃. We have a professional R&D team for high temperature equipment, including 5 senior engineers and 12 engineers, who can quickly customize and develop special-purpose high temperature electric furnaces according to customers' special process requirements. The factory is equipped with high temperature material testing equipment, high-precision temperature field calibration system and electrical performance testing equipment to ensure that the performance indicators of each high temperature electric furnace meet the design requirements. Our monthly production capacity is 3-4 high temperature electric furnaces, which can meet customers' customized production needs. The delivery time for standard equipment is 45 days, and for customized equipment it is about 60 days.

In view of the characteristics of high precision and strict maintenance requirements of high temperature electric furnaces, we provide customers with an exclusive high-end after-sales service system. All sold high temperature electric furnaces are provided with an 18-month extended warranty period, which is 6 months longer than ordinary equipment. When the equipment is delivered, we will send senior high temperature equipment engineers to the customer's site for free installation and debugging, and conduct a 3-day systematic training for the customer's operators, including equipment safety operation, daily maintenance and common fault troubleshooting. We have established exclusive customer files, conduct regular telephone return visits, and arrange on-site inspections every quarter to discover and solve potential problems in a timely manner. After the warranty period, we only charge the cost of parts, no labor fees, and supply original factory parts at preferential prices for a long time. We provide a 24-hour technical support hotline. In emergency situations, domestic customers can arrive at the site within 48 hours, and overseas customers within 72 hours.
