The industrial resistance furnace we produce is a full series of general-purpose heat treatment equipment specially built for large-scale industrial production scenarios. It covers various structural forms such as bogie-type, box-type, pit-type and mesh-belt type, and can meet the full process needs of quenching, normalizing, annealing, tempering and sintering from single-piece heavy workpieces to batch small parts. As a source factory with nearly 20 years of experience in industrial furnace manufacturing, our industrial resistance furnace adopts industrial-grade components and heavy-duty structural design, which can adapt to 24-hour continuous full-load production. We have provided stable and reliable heat treatment solutions for Tesla supply chain and many large domestic heavy industry enterprises, with an average mean time between failures of more than 10,000 hours.

In response to the strict requirements of industrial production for equipment reliability and durability, we have comprehensively strengthened the industrial resistance furnace. The furnace body steel structure is welded with Q345R steel plate, with high strength and no deformation; the heating element adopts high-alloy resistance bands or silicon carbide rods, with a service life of more than 5 years; the electrical system adopts internationally renowned brand components such as Schneider and Siemens, with stable and reliable operation. Each industrial resistance furnace will undergo a 72-hour continuous load operation test, temperature field uniformity inspection and electrical safety test before leaving the factory to ensure that it can be put into industrial production immediately after delivery.

Quality Control

 

We have established a full-process industrial-grade quality control system for industrial resistance furnaces, focusing on strengthening the detection of structural strength and operation reliability. All steel structural parts are subject to material inspection before blanking to ensure compliance with national standards; gas shielded welding process is adopted for welding, and 100% ultrasonic flaw detection is carried out for key welds to eliminate welding defects. After the bogie load-bearing components are assembled, a 125% rated load static load test is carried out for 24 hours without deformation or cracking before entering the next process. After the electrical system is assembled, it will undergo withstand voltage test, insulation test and continuous 72-hour power-on operation test to ensure stable operation in the complex industrial electromagnetic environment. Before the equipment leaves the factory, we will conduct a load test simulating the actual production conditions of customers, and all performance indicators will be up to standard before shipment. We accept full-process supervision by third-party testing institutions designated by customers to ensure that product quality meets international industrial standards.
