A pit-type annealing furnace is a vertical cylindrical metal heat treatment device, mainly used for annealing, normalizing, and quenching processes of coiled wire, copper parts, stainless steel, steel strips, and long shafts.
The heating elements inside the furnace are rationally arranged to ensure a furnace temperature uniformity of ±10℃. The entire furnace is divided into one temperature zone with individual temperature control, while ensuring that the temperature rise of each heating zone follows the same process curve. This furnace uses temperature-controlled thermocouples and intelligent digital display temperature controllers for temperature control. The temperature controller can control the temperature according to the set temperature and can display theoretical and measured values. The temperature control system should also have an over-temperature audible and visual alarm function.
