1. This equipment consists of an electric furnace body, furnace lining, furnace cover, heating elements, and temperature control cabinet.

2. The furnace body frame is welded from shaped steel and steel plates. The bottom has a 10# welded frame, a 6mm steel base plate, a 3mm steel outer shell, and a 14mm steel panel. The sand trough is made of 8mm steel plate.

3. The furnace lining uses high-temperature resistant aluminosilicate fiber cotton, which is laid flat and stacked to form modules that match the furnace shape. These modules are then tightened and fixed to the furnace shell with stainless steel round bars. The furnace bottom uses perlite insulating bricks and standard refractory clay bricks for insulation, while the load-bearing parts use heavy-duty high-alumina bricks.

4. The furnace cover is a circular welded steel structure, with the entire interior constructed from refractory aluminosilicate fiber blankets extruded and assembled to effectively ensure heat insulation and sealing.

5. The furnace cover is manually operated.

6. The heating element uses 0Cr25AL5 alloy resistance strip (produced by Shougang Group), machined into a corrugated shape and suspended on the furnace lining cotton, with high-alumina ceramic nails for positioning.

7. The furnace chamber contains a furnace liner made of tightly welded stainless steel plates.
