The aluminum alloy quenching furnace is an industrial heat treatment equipment consisting of a heating furnace hood and a base frame that can move and be positioned along a track. With a rated temperature of 650℃, it is suitable for solution treatment and aging treatment of medium and small aluminum alloy parts. A chain crane is installed on top of the furnace hood for lifting the material basket. The furnace body uses a steel frame with an inner wall of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel plate, and houses 0Cr25Al5 alloy wire heating elements and a centrifugal circulating fan. Hot air circulation is achieved through air guides.
The equipment adopts a PID zero-crossing triggered silicon controlled rectifier temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. It is equipped with a dual-speed lifting mechanism and a hydraulic system. The quenching water tank capacity is designed according to user requirements, and the cooling rate is controlled by adjusting the water temperature (60~90℃) and the concentration of the polyethylene glycol solution. The furnace door is equipped with a pneumatic sealing device, and the mechanical transmission part uses an interlocking control and audible and visual alarm system. During the quenching process, compressed air stirring and workpiece oscillation ensure uniform cooling. The base frame achieves precise positioning through a track-moving system, ensuring the continuity of the heat treatment process.
