The control system regulates and controls the flow rates of each gas pipeline, flue gas flow rate, and dilution air volume by detecting the furnace temperature and pressure, and is equipped with a rapid shut-off device for the main natural gas pipeline. The system employs zoned furnace temperature control, with thermocouples in each zone, and temperatures are centrally tracked and recorded by a multi-point recorder. Furnace pressure is automatically controlled by a pressure transmitter and a chimney actuator.
Temperature control utilizes an intelligent digital display temperature controller, temperature sensing elements, and self-regulating burners to form a closed-loop control system. The temperature control system can automatically calculate, operate, display, and store the heat treatment process curve, achieving full-process control. The instrument cabinet displays operating values for temperature, furnace pressure, each burner, and each pipeline parameter, as well as alarms for abnormal conditions and emergency protection measures. The pressures of the combustion air and fuel pipelines can be set and automatically adjusted to ensure optimal combustion efficiency.
A PLC pulse controller and a proportional combustion regulating valve are used to achieve pulse control for both large and small flames, with a regulation ratio of up to 1:10.
