The gas-fired furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic furnace, mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging of high-chromium steel, high-manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and other metal materials, as well as heat treatment processes for various mechanical parts. The operating temperature can reach 1200℃. It adopts an ultra-energy-saving structure to achieve a 65% energy saving effect, meeting the national special-grade furnace standard. Advanced models can reduce energy consumption to 27.9 kg standard coal/ton of parts.
The furnace lining uses a full fiber structure to improve insulation performance. It is equipped with an impact-resistant sealed brick trolley and a spring-loaded furnace door, achieving integrated rail installation without the need for a foundation; it can be used simply by placing it on a level surface. The pulse combustion control system achieves temperature control by adjusting the combustion time duty cycle, and combined with high-speed burners to enhance convective heat transfer, the furnace temperature uniformity is ≤±10℃. The safety system includes interlocking protection devices and flame monitoring functions, and the solenoid valve automatically shuts off to ensure operational safety.
